Spanish BonoLoto
Lottery Overview & Statistics
Spanish BonoLoto is operated by Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (LAE), Spain's state lottery operator, and draws six times per week, Monday through Saturday. Using a 6/49 matrix with no supplementary number, the jackpot probability is 1 in 13,983,816.
BonoLoto was introduced in 1988 as a daily-format lottery at a lower price point than the premium El Gordo draws. Its high draw frequency (six days per week) makes it one of the most active national lotteries in Europe, with 312 draw opportunities annually.
Jackpots are pari-mutuel and accumulate when unwon. Because the draw is so frequent, jackpots can grow quickly between winning events. The game is especially popular in Spain as an affordable daily entertainment option.
Game Format & Rules
Players select 6 numbers from a 49-number pool (1-49). An additional "Complementario" number and a "Reintegro" number are drawn but do not affect Division 1. The Complementario is used in Divisions 2 and 5; the Reintegro refunds the ticket price to holders of matching tickets.
Division 1: 6/6, odds 1:13,983,816. Division 2: 5/6 + Complementario, odds 1:2,330,636. Division 3: 5/6, odds 1:54,201. Division 4: 4/6, odds 1:1,032. Division 5: 3/6 + Complementario. Division 6 (Reintegro): last digit match, odds 1:10.
Players may submit entries for multiple consecutive draws on a single ticket (multi-draw). System entries covering more than 6 numbers are offered at proportionally higher prices.

Draw Schedule & Deadlines
Spanish BonoLoto draws are conducted Monday through Saturday at approximately 21:30 CET/CEST. There is no Sunday draw. The draw is broadcast live and results are published on the LAE website immediately.
Ticket purchase deadlines are typically set by individual sales channels but are generally at least one hour before draw time. Online platforms may apply earlier cutoffs; players should confirm the specific deadline shown at point of purchase.
Players in international time zones should calculate their local equivalent of 21:30 CET to determine effective purchase windows, particularly for Monday draws following weekend periods.
