Lottery Overview & Statistics

Polish Lotto (Lotto) is operated by Totalizator Sportowy, a state-owned enterprise, and has been Poland's primary lottery product since 1957. The game uses a standard 6/49 matrix with no supplementary number, giving a jackpot probability of 1 in 13,983,816.

Polish Lotto is notable for its draw frequency: three draws per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) is among the highest of any European 6/49 lottery, providing players with 156 draw opportunities annually. The record jackpot stands at PLN 35 million.

Totalizator Sportowy also operates a real-time online portal (lotto.pl) for Polish residents, and the game is available internationally through licensed intermediaries.

Game Format & Rules

Players select 6 numbers from a pool of 49 (1-49). There is no bonus or supplementary number in the standard Lotto game. A Division 1 win requires matching all 6 drawn numbers. Five prize divisions are used in total.

Division 1: 6/6, odds 1:13,983,816. Division 2: 5/6, odds 1:54,201. Division 3: 4/6, odds 1:1,032. Division 4: 3/6, odds 1:57. Division 5: Some configurations include a 2/6 lower tier.

Totalizator Sportowy also offers Lotto Plus, a supplementary draw using the same ticket numbers with a separate prize pool. Players can opt in to Lotto Plus for an additional fee. System and multi-draw entries are available.

Prize Structure & Odds Analysis

Polish Lotto prize structure: Division 1 (6/6): pari-mutuel jackpot, minimum guaranteed fund of PLN 2 million, odds 1:13,983,816. Division 2 (5/6): pari-mutuel, odds 1:54,201. Division 3 (4/6): fixed PLN 91, odds 1:1,032. Division 4 (3/6): fixed PLN 5, odds 1:57.

The jackpot accumulates across draws when unwon, with no maximum cap. Jackpot wins are paid as a lump sum. Polish lottery winnings above PLN 2,280 are subject to 10% taxation for Polish residents.

Lotto Plus (if played) uses a separate prize pool from the same drawn numbers, providing an independent second Division 1 jackpot starting at PLN 1 million.

Draw Schedule & Deadlines

Polish Lotto draws are conducted three times per week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, all at approximately 21:40 CET/CEST. This makes it one of the most frequently drawn 6/49 lotteries in Europe.

Ticket sales close approximately two hours before each draw. Online purchases through international intermediary platforms should be completed well in advance of the cutoff to allow for processing.

Results are published on the official Totalizator Sportowy website (lotto.pl) and affiliated platforms immediately following each draw.

Cryptocurrency Ticket Purchases

Polish Lotto tickets on this platform are purchasable using major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Tether. Crypto deposits are credited in real time following standard blockchain confirmation. Ticket purchases deduct from the confirmed account balance.

All three weekly draws (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) are accessible through a single account. Prize winnings are credited to the platform account balance and are withdrawable in supported cryptocurrencies.

The platform acts as a licensed ticket intermediary. Transaction records are maintained in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
